Normal wear is on us. If something is lost or damaged beyond normal use while the games are in your care, you're responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing it, as set out in your rental agreement. Deposits are 100% refundable if cancelled 30 days before the event. There is a 15% late cancellation charge for cancellations between 30 days and your event date. Deliveries that cannot be delivered or are rejected will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. We offer free tech support. We stay on site through cocktail hour, and through the whole evening when everything leaves that night, with backup hardware so a game can be swapped out if needed. Yes. We carry liability insurance, and every rental includes a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue.

We include a simple instruction card with every rental. That said, most couples prefer to create their own custom signage that matches their wedding decor and theme.

Place a cabinet where guests naturally gather and where non-dancers drift, such as near the cocktail area, the bar, or the edge of the dance floor. It needs a flat, stable spot, a standard outlet within about ten feet, and cover from rain if you are outdoors. A full-height cabinet needs roughly a three-foot by three-foot footprint. We'll work with you to create a fully personalized arcade game experience. You'll provide photos of yourselves, and we'll create custom character sprites, an intro screen featuring your likeness, and personalized game elements.
